Altea Milano Australia invites you to join our Sydney opening as a Sales Stylist. Guide clients through our collections, offer tailored styling advice, and build lasting relationships through attentive service alongside the Store Manager to support daily operations and boutique presentation.

You will welcome clients, develop product knowledge, and drive sales while maintaining rigorous standards and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a premium Italian fashion environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion retail, premium retail or a comparable client-focused environment.
• An interest in Italian craftsmanship, quality textiles and personal styling.
• Strong communication skills and a warm, professional manner.
• A thoughtful approach to selling, with the ability to recommend relevant pieces without pressuring clients.
• Commercial awareness and confidence working towards sales targets.
• Reliability, initiative and the ability to work collaboratively within a small team.
• Strong organisational skills and care when handling garments, stock and transactions.
• Availability to work across boutique trading hours, including weekends, late-night trading and public holidays.
• The right to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Providing personalised styling advice, including coordinating complete looks.
• Developing product knowledge across fibres, fit, garment construction and Italian craftsmanship.
• Building client relationships through thoughtful follow-up, appointments and aftercare.
• Working towards individual and boutique sales targets, including units per transaction, average transaction value and conversion.
• Processing sales, payments, returns and exchanges accurately and in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintaining accurate client details and preferences, with their consent.
• Supporting stock deliveries, replenishment, stocktakes and careful garment handling.
• Maintaining boutique presentation, cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
• Assisting with opening and closing procedures as required.
