Job summary

Scanlan Theodore is seeking a Boutique Operations Coordinator for our Canberra boutique. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate stock movement, and ensure accurate inventory levels while supporting online orders and VM standards.

The role offers a fast-paced retail environment with emphasis on process improvement, collaboration with Head Office, and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational, stock management or retail sales.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, POS systems and inventory software.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Flexible to a Monday–Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Boutique management to develop and optimize boutique processes and stock management.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound stock movement via AP21 and ensure accurate records.
• Maintain accurate boutique inventory levels and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare inventory for seasonal changeovers and launches.
• Oversee online Ship from Store orders allocated to the boutique for accurate fulfilment.
