Job summary

Scanlan Theodore in Paddington is seeking an Assistant Boutique Manager to be a brand ambassador, lead the store in partnership with the Boutique Manager and drive a strong sales result.

You will develop client relationships, coach Client Advisors, and contribute to a positive team culture while upholding company policies. This is a full-time, Sunday-to-Thursday role in a fast-paced boutique environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position.
• Background in overseeing a store and rostering staff.
• Full-time availability on a Sunday to Thursday rotation.

About the role:

As an Assistant Boutique Manager at our fast-paced high performing Paddington Boutique, you will be a brand ambassador for Scanlan Theodore. You will assist leading the store, develop client relationships and work collaboratively with your team to drive a strong sales result.

You will assist as a leader to:

• Be a pivotal brand ambassador for Scanlan Theodore, upholding company policies and procedures
• Support the Boutique Manager in managing the team effectively, leading by example
• Drive the team to achieve success
• Inspire and motivate your team, supporting the Boutique Manager in identifying individual potential and providing coaching to Client Advisors
• Create a positive team culture which promotes high employee performance while maintaining a client-centric approach

The ideal candidates will have:

• Experience in a similar position
• Background in overseeing a store, supporting the personnel of a store and making decisions including rostering of employees
• Full time availability on a Sunday to Thursday rotation
