L’Occitane en Provence is seeking a dedicated Boutique Manager to lead the Bondi Boutique’s daily operations and guest experiences. You will inspire a high-performing team, uphold brand standards, and ensure a seamless, guest-first operation.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in a similar retail role.
• Experience in an assistant manager or similar management role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong team player with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Understanding of KPIs and the ability to analyse and report figures.
• Skin care experience is ideal but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the boutique's operations.
• Ensure the highest level of service is given to our guests, measured against set objectives.
• Inspire, coach, and motivate the team to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Uphold brand standards and ensure a seamless, guest-first experience.
• Execute visual merchandising and stock management in line with company guidelines.
• Administrative responsibility for weekly boutique reporting.
• Lead and contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
