Job summary
L’Occitane Australia Pty is seeking a passionate Part-Time Assistant Boutique Manager to help lead the daily operations of our Karrinyup Boutique in Western Australia. You will support the Boutique Manager to inspire and guide a high-performing team and to deliver an elevated guest experience.
The role focuses on service excellence, stock control, visual merchandising, and achieving sales targets and KPIs. Experience in beauty or skincare is a plus, and the position offers team discounts,
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar retail role.
- Experience as an assistant manager or in a supervision capacity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong teamwork and motivational abilities.
- Knowledge of KPI analysis and reporting.
- Skincare experience is desirable but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily boutique operations in partnership with Boutique Manager.
- Deliver the highest level of customer service and meet sales KPIs.
- Inspire, coach and motivate the team to achieve targets.
- Uphold brand standards and guest-first experience.
- Manage visual merchandising and stock in line with guidelines.
- Foster a positive, collaborative team culture.
