Job summary

Lancemore Milawa Hotel, a boutique hotel in regional Victoria, is seeking a passionate Guest Services Agent (casual/part time) to join our Front Office team.

Deliver exceptional guest experiences across reservations, arrivals, stays and departures, and act as a brand ambassador by phone, email and in person. Personalise guest journeys, handle feedback and work mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service in hospitality.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a boutique environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences across reservations, arrivals, stays and departures.
• Act as an ambassador for Lancemore Milawa Hotel over phone, email and in person.
• Personalise guest journeys and enhance the guest experience in the Northeast Victoria region.
• Respond to guest feedback, concerns or complaints and follow up as required.
• Show initiative, be solutions-oriented and collaborate with the team.
• Work mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
