Qualifications

• Experience in high quality cleaning and customer service is valued.
• Able to work in a fast-paced housekeeping environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out allocated general cleaning duties to meet required standards.
• Maintain security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety.
• Clean guest rooms, storage areas and corridors to standard.
• Replenish guest supplies in bedrooms and bathrooms as required.
• Report lost property and assist with routine stocktaking.
• Handle guest laundry per hotel policy and maintain equipment.
• Ensure keys and rooms remain secure and report any issues.
• Follow health and safety guidelines for cleaning agents and procedures.
• Attend to other duties as requested by Management.
