Responsibilities

• Oversee merchandising, financial management, and overall store management to achieve operational sales performance goals.
• Supervise and evaluate sales staff, identify gaps, develop and coach staff to support talent development.
• Develop and communicate solutions for customer issues with clear messaging and next steps.
• Create and manage medium- to long-term work schedules across multiple teams to achieve business goals.
• Set performance objectives for direct reports and report on departmental performance with corrective actions.
• Implement the function's strategy and business plan, motivating staff to align with mission, vision, and values.
• Configure product-and-service solutions, negotiate agreements, and review sales proposals; escalate issues when needed.
• Manage departmental budget plans, including development and delivery.
• Define and optimize order processing protocols for a seamless customer experience.
• Set objectives for sales calls and tailor presentations to customer needs; secure agreements.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer accounts and fulfill sales quotas.
• Develop relationship management plans for complex accounts with decision-makers and influencers.
• Monitor and improve health, safety, and environment KPIs and resolve noncompliance.

• Develop and communicate solutions for common customer issues, ensuring clear messaging and next steps.
• Create and manage medium- to long-term work schedules, coordinating across multiple teams to achieve business goals.
• Set performance objectives for direct reports, manage and report on departmental performance, and take corrective actions to meet annual business objectives.
• Implement the function's strategy and business plan, motivating staff to commit to the organization's mission, vision, and values.
• Configure complex product-and-services solutions, negotiate agreements, and review sales proposals, escalating issues as necessary.

Required qualifications
