Job summary

TB Hotels is seeking an experienced Bottle Shop Manager for Surfers Paradise. Lead a team in a fast-paced bottle shop near Circle on Cavill, close to the tram line. Honesty, drive and readiness to guide staff are essential.

Key duties include stock selection, ordering, cost control, product range, and delivering strong sales performance while meeting KPI. RSA is required, with SwiftPOS stock control experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven success in a hospitality management role or similar.
• Excellent personal presentation and attention to detail.
• Contributing to the selection of stock and organization of ordering, cost controlling and product range.
• Good product knowledge - assist customers with recommendations and product enquires.
• Driving the financial goals of the business focusing on sales performance and meeting KPI.
• Current RSA.
• Stock management control on a monthly basis (SwiftPOS) experience an advantage.
• Stock ordering, receiving, replenishing of shelves and maintain accurate pricing and ticketing.
• Proven ability to meet budgets.
• Ability to supervise and lead a team of staff.
• Staff rostering and training.
• Build relationships with both stakeholders and customers.
• To be successful in this role you will need flexibility to work weekdays and weekends.
• This Store is fast paced. We are looking for a person with proven knowledge across all aspects of Bottle Shop Management, Located in Circle on Cavill, right near the tram line.
