Job summary
Capgemini's Cloud & Custom Applications practice in Australia invites a Boomi Integration Architect / Development Lead to drive the architecture and delivery of enterprise-scale integration across major transformation and migration programs.
As Boomi SME, you will lead design and governance for API-led, event-driven, and real-time integrations, champion modern automation, and mentor delivery teams while partnering with business stakeholders to shape integration strategy in a hybrid work
Qualifications
- 10+ years' experience delivering enterprise integration, iPaaS, middleware, and event-driven architectures.
- 5+ years' experience in Boomi architecture, leadership, or lead development roles.
- Hands-on experience with Boomi AtomSphere, API Management, Data Hub, Event Streams, and governance.
- Strong knowledge of API-led connectivity, messaging, and real-time integration patterns.
- Proven track record leading enterprise-scale integration programs from architecture to delivery.
- Experience with DevOps and automation tools (GitHub, Azure DevOps).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and solution-design capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale integration solutions using Boomi.
- Design and implement solutions with Boomi, API Management, Data Hub, Event Streams, and Agentstudio.
- Architect API-led, event-driven, real-time integration patterns.

- Drive Boomi Data Hub adoption to establish trusted data domains.
- Define integration strategies and technology roadmaps with stakeholders.

- Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale integration solutions using the Boomi platform.
- Design and implement solutions leveraging Boomi Integration, API Management, Data Hub, Event Streams, and Agentstudio.
- Architect modern API-led, event-driven, and real-time integration solutions.
- Establish governance frameworks and operational models for AI Agents, including guardrails, monitoring, compliance, security, and lifecycle management.
- Drive adoption of Boomi Data Hub to establish trusted enterprise data domains and golden records.
- Design and implement streaming and real-time integration capabilities using Boomi Event Streams.
- Advise clients on API governance, security standards, and API lifecycle management.
- Develop AI-powered accelerators and frameworks using Boomi Companion to enhance software delivery and automation.
- Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and mentoring to development teams.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and executives to define integration strategies and technology roadmaps.
- Champion DevOps practices, CI/CD automation, platform observability, and continuous delivery.
- 10+ years' experience delivering enterprise integration, iPaaS, middleware, and event-driven architecture solutions.
- 5+ years' experience in Boomi architecture, technical leadership, or lead development roles.
- Extensive hands-on experience across Boomi AtomSphere, API Management, Data Hub, Event Streams, and platform governance.
- Strong knowledge of integration architecture patterns, API-led connectivity, messaging, event-driven architectures, and enterprise integration best practices.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale integration programs from architecture through delivery.
- Experience with DevOps and automation tools, including GitHub and Azure DevOps.
- Excellent stakeholder management, consulting, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, solution design, and decision-making capabilities.
- Boomi Ambassador accreditation or equivalent recognised Boomi expertise.
- Experience with Boomi Agentstudio, AI Agents, and agent governance frameworks.
- Experience implementing AI-driven integration and automation solutions.
- Knowledge of GenAI platforms including Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, and Gemini.
- Experience developing AI-assisted engineering frameworks and accelerators using Boomi Companion.
- Exposure to cloud-native integration architectures across Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- A passion for integration technologies, AI innovation, and emerging digital capabilities.
- The ability to influence enterprise architecture decisions and technology strategy.
- Strong consulting, client engagement, and presentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
