Remotetravelcareers is seeking a remote Booking Agent to help customers book and manage their travel reservations. You’ll provide excellent service, confirm details, and assist clients with any booking questions—all online.

In this role you will handle flights, hotels, and transportation bookings, communicate via phone, email or chat, update reservations, and support the team with day-to-day travel tasks. No prior hospitality required, but customer service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using computers and online booking systems.
• Ability to stay organized and pay attention to detail.
• Friendly, helpful, and patient with customers.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
