Job summary

Kilcoy Global Foods is seeking a dedicated training facilitator to deliver training and assessments across our production teams. This permanent, full-time role focuses on inductions, administration, and maintaining training records to support workforce development.

You will ensure compliance with WHS and QA procedures, work with stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement of our training programs. A collaborative, detail–oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training and assessments in a production/industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety requirements, HACCP and QA procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training and assessments per KGF work instructions.
• Lead site floor inductions for new or transferring employees.
• Manage tutoring administration, including Kronos where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures across the area.
• Contribute to updates of work instructions and site policies.
• Engage with new and existing employees and conduct regular check-ins.
• Maintain training records and participate in Organisational Development meetings.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver appropriate training and assessments according to KGF work instructions
• Deliver site floor inductions for new or transferring employees
• Manage administration associated with the tutoring role, including Kronos administration
• Ensure compliance with KGF work instructions, policies and procedures
• Assist with any changes to our work instructions and policies for the relevant area of the site
• Spend time with new and existing employees, including regular checks on our new employees
• Attend Organisational Development team meetings
• Keep training records up to date at all times

YOU WILL NEED:

• Training experience in a similar environment
• Strong knowledge and leadership of Workplace Health and Safety requirements, HACCAP and QA procedures
• A solutions focus and ability to follow through
• A collaborative and inclusive approach to communication with all stakeholders
• Great verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• A motivated and enthusiastic disposition, and be a team player
• Attention to detail, initiative and time management skills
• Confident with computers and an ability to use Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel)
