Job summary

The Lincoln Electric Company (Australia) Pty Ltd's Specialised Welding Products division requires experienced Boilermakers for the 2026 Sugar Crushing Season in Mackay and Sarina. Duties include boilermaking tasks and operating automated FCAW welding systems under supervision.

Applicants must pass a pre-employment medical and D&A tests, have own transport and basic tools, and be available for regular overtime. Competitive rates with penalties and a completion bonus are offered.

Specialised Welding Products (SWP), a division of The Lincoln Electric Company (Australia) Pty Ltd, requires experienced Boilermakers to join our team to work in the region's Sugar Mills (Mackay and Sarina) for the 2026 Sugar Crushing Season.

Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and D&A tests, have their own reliable transport as well as their own basictools. A Safety First attitude is essential. Good rates withregular overtime will be available to successful candidates.

Duties required

• Boilermaking tasks as instructed by Onsite Supervisors.
• Operate Portable Automated Flux Cored Arc Welding Systems.

Skills required

• Full understanding of Flux Cored Arc Welding Process & the ability to troubleshoot wire feeding systems.
• Ability to learn to use an automated welding controller.
• Intermediate Welding & Safety competencies.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• A can-do attitude and ability to work autonomously.
