Job summary

Airswift is currently recruiting 2x Boilermakers for a leading OEM serving rail, mining and heavy industries. Location – Brisbane Western Suburbs. Casual contract up to 3 months, 6am–3pm, Monday to Friday.

Rate - $55/hr casual. You will fabricate, weld and repair steelwork on heavy equipment and read engineering drawings. Applicants must hold Cert III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade and have experience in heavy fabrication, maintenance or industrial settings, with a strong commitment to

Qualifications

• Cert III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade (Boilermaking/Welding) required.
• Experience in heavy fabrication, maintenance or industrial environments.
• Strong welding and fabrication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Overview

Airswift is currently recruiting 2x Boilermakers for a leading OEM that provides services to the rail, mining and heavy industrial sectors.

Location – Brisbane Western Suburbs

Duration – Casual, up to 3-month contract

Hours - 6am – 3pm Monday to Friday

Rate- $55hr casual

Responsibilities

• Fabrication, welding and structural repairs on heavy equipment and components
• Repair, modify and replace worn or damaged steelwork
• Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications

Required Experience

• Cert III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade (Boilermaking/Welding)
• Experience in heavy fabrication, maintenance or industrial environments
• Strong welding and fabrication skills
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
