Job summary

Synergie Group (Australia) is seekingBoilermaker and Rigger personnel for site-based fabrication and on-site installation work in Adelaide. The role covers installing fabricated steelwork on commercial and industrial sites, with opportunities for ongoing training and career development.

The ideal candidate will have a White Card, rigging qualifications, and demonstrated experience in structural steel fabrication and welding.

Qualifications

• White card at minimum required.
• High Risk WP & Working at Heights; Dogman or rigging ticket highly desired.
• Demonstrated experience in structural steel fabrication and welding.
• Proficiency in MIG welding; TIG and Stick welding experience desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Current driver’s licence required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of fabricated steelwork on commercial and industrial sites.
• Fabricate, assemble, and weld structural steel and metal components.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, fabrication plans, and specifications.
• Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding to a high standard.
• Carry out repairs and modifications to fabricated steel components.
• Operate fabrication machinery, hand tools, and welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality and project specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures and company policies.
• Work effectively within a team to meet production schedules and project deadlines.
