Job summary

Ventia in NSW's Illawarra region is seeking an experienced Boilermaker for shutdowns and projects at Bluescope Steel, Port Kembla. This hands-on role involves workshop and site-based maintenance and improvements within a large industrial setting.

You’ll join a team focused on safe work practices, with potential for ongoing or temp-to-perm opportunities, and you’ll be paid hourly with overtime. If you hold high-risk work licence or site tickets, you’ll be well positioned to contribute from day

Qualifications

• Hold a current High Risk Work Licence.
• Confined Space Ticket (preferred).
• Working at Heights Ticket (preferred).
• Experience working on industrial plant and machinery.
• Proven commitment to safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to maintenance and improvements within Bluescope's large-scale industrial environment.
• Work across a range of workshop and site-based tasks on shutdowns and projects.
• Join a supportive team and comply with safety standards.

About the Role

Opportunity to work across a range of Workshop & Site based work throughout Bluescope Steel, contributing to maintenance and improvements within a large-scale industrial environment. Every project brings new challenges, new teams, and valuable experience.

• Hourly Rate: $51.90 per hour + Super + Overtime
• Ongoing work - 5 days per week
