Qualifications

• Australian Recognised Trade Certificate.
• Construction White Card.
• Work Safely at Heights (within 2 years of issue).
• Enter and Work in Confined Space (within 2 years of issue).
• Gas Test Atmospheres (desirable).
• Ability to pass a pre-employment Medical and regular / random Drug and Alcohol screens.
• Additional Tickets will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Maintain shutdowns and project works.
• Welding techniques including FCAW, MMAW.
• Interpret engineering and detail fabrication drawings, specifications and standards.
• Mark out steel components in accordance with drawings and standards.
• Solid understanding of current Australian Welding Standards.
• Comply with company Quality Control systems and processes.

The Role

• Various Maintenance Shutdowns and Project works
