Job summary

AustCorp Executive is seeking a trade-qualified boilermaker for a hands-on role in Beaudesert, Queensland. You will read fabrication drawings to fabricate and weld structural steel, assemble components, and support site installs where required.

The position offers a modern workshop environment, a tight-knit team, and varied commercial and industrial projects, with local hours and home every night.

Qualifications

• Trade-qualified boilermaker with structural steel experience.
• Confident reading and working from fabrication drawings.
• Takes pride in producing clean, accurate work.
• Reliable, with a strong team-player mindset.
• Site install experience and relevant tickets highly regarded.

Our client is a well-established structural steel fabrication and installation business, operating across South East Queensland and Northern NSW since 2007. Their work features in major builds including convention centres, tunnel projects, city precincts, hospitals, schools, commercial developments, conveyor galleries and architectural facades. Every project brings something different — no cookie-cutter jobs here.

The Role

• Fabricate structural steel from shop drawings
• Cut, fit and weld beams, columns, frames, stairs and gantries
• Assist with trial assembly and occasional site installs
• Maintain high standards of quality and safety on every job

About You

• Trade-qualified boilermaker with structural steel experience
