Job summary

Catalyst Metals Limited is seeking Underground Loader Operators to work at the Plutonic Gold Mine in Western Australia. FIFO from Perth with 8:6/7:7 rosters and a modern Sandvik fleet, you will operate LHDs with RTC systems to move ore safely and efficiently.

You will join a supportive team with development pathways, working conditions that foster skill growth and safe production, while maintaining high safety standards and collaboration with site crews.

Qualifications

• Experience operating underground boggers with Remote Tele-Remote Control (RTC) systems.
• Experience operating Sandvik LH514/LH517 loaders in underground mining environments.
• Strong commitment to safety and safe work practices.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Current WA C-Class Driver's Licence.
• Current Dangerous Goods Security Card (DGSC).
• National Police Clearance or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Operate tele-remote Sandvik loaders safely and efficiently within underground production areas.
• Bog production stopes and transfer material to stockpiles and ore passes.
• Load underground haul trucks in accordance with production requirements.
• Maintain underground roadways and working areas to site standards.
• Conduct pre-start inspections and report equipment defects or maintenance requirements.
• Comply with site procedures, safety standards and legislative requirements.
• Work collaboratively with Supervisors, Truck Operators and Mine Control to achieve production targets.
• Contribute to a safe, productive and positive underground team culture.
