Job summary

Catalyst Metals Limited owns and operates the Plutonic Gold Mine in the Eastern Gascoyne region of Western Australia. An experienced Underground Truck Operator role with a Sandvik fleet and a 8:6 / 7:7 FIFO roster offers long-term security and development within a growing underground operation.

The position focuses on safe haulage of ore and waste, alignment with production schedules, and opportunities to work across satellite deposits as the operation expands.

Qualifications

• Underground truck operating experience with Sandvik haul trucks.
• Strong commitment to safety and safe work practices.
• Experience in underground hard rock mining environments.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Reliable work ethic and positive attitude.
• Current WA C-Class Driver's Licence.
• Current DGSC.
• National Police Clearance or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Operate Sandvik underground haul trucks safely and efficiently.
• Haul ore and waste according to mine plans and production schedules.
• Conduct pre-start inspections and report equipment faults.
• Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and workplace safety.
• Follow site procedures and legislative requirements.
• Communicate effectively with Supervisors, Bogger Operators and Mine Control.
• Contribute to safe, productive and efficient underground operations.
• Support a positive team culture and continuous improvement initiatives.
