Job summary

COLAS Australia is seeking an experienced Bobcat Operator for our Asphalt Crew based in Yatala, QLD. You will support site prep, material handling, and maintain efficient operations on site, working alongside the paving crew.

The role requires a valid driver's license, a White Card, and flexibility to travel with the crew and work night or weekend shifts as needed. We offer competitive hourly pay, LAHA, and benefits, with potential for permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Be competent in general labouring duties within an asphalt crew.
• Must have a valid drivers license.
• Show commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Be self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Able to travel with the crew and live away from home when required.
• Able to work flexible hours including night and weekend shifts as required.
• Hold a valid White Card.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Bobcat Operator to join our Asphalt Crew based out of Yatala, QLD. Working alongside our paving crew, you\'ll play a key role in site prep, material handling, and ensuring smooth, efficient operations on site.

To be successful in this role, the applicant will:

• Be competent in general labouring duties within an asphalt crew
• Valid driver's license
• Have a commitment to workplace, health and safety
• Be self-motivated and possess a strong work ethic
• Be able to travel with the crew and live away from home when required
• Be able to work flexible hours to meet operation requirements as well as work night and weekend shifts as and when required
• Have a validWhite Card
