John Paul College in Queensland seeks a compassionate Boarding Student Services Officer to support the wellbeing, safety and day-to-day life of boarding students. This permanent full-time role sits at the heart of our Boarding Village and works closely with the Boarding Leadership Team, Nursing team and staff to create a nurturing residential environment.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated commitment to student wellbeing and pastoral care.
• Ability to build positive relationships within a diverse community.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with digital record systems and documents.

Aufgaben

• Welcome students, families, staff and visitors and manage inquiries.
• Maintain accurate student records and pastoral notes.
• Coordinate travel, airport transfers and boarding administration.
• Support healthy routines and uphold behaviour expectations.
• Uphold child protection and safety procedures, including drills.
• Liaise with Boarding leadership, School Nurses, coaches and International team.
• Assist with TAS sports coordination and related logistics.
