You will coordinate boarding systems, handle communications, and manage event logistics during term time, with responsibility for safeguarding, records, and compliance.

The role involves after-school hours, working with the Boarding Leadership Team to enhance community belonging and ensure safe, welcoming environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar or senior administrative/operations role.
• Proficiency with productivity tools and office software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Commitment to safeguarding and governance requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate boarding systems, records, databases, permissions, and leave processes.
• First point of contact for operational matters and communications.
• Oversee inventory and resources for the boarding precinct.
• Coordinate logistics for events including orientations and gatherings.
• Ensure compliance with ABSA National Boarding Standards and legislation.
• Identify improvement opportunities and manage IT-related initiatives.
