Job summary

Crossmuller is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery of complex data centre, infrastructure and building services projects across Australia.

You'll own projects from planning through handover, coordinating builders, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to deliver on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Strong commercial and stakeholder management is essential.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE proven experience delivering BMS/SCADA infrastructure or data centre projects.
• Strong understanding of project contracts, commercial negotiations and risk management.
• Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, cost control and reporting.
• Experience administering variations, claims and contractual requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including builders, engineers, subcontractors and clients.
• Strong leadership; coordinating multidisciplinary project teams.
• Excellent planning, scheduling and project delivery capability.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Crossmuller is growing and we're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex data centre, infrastructure and building services projects.

From hyperscale data centres and mission-critical facilities through to advanced manufacturing plants and industrial infrastructure, you'll take ownership of projects from initial planning through to final handover, ensuring exceptional outcomes for clients while driving commercial and operational success.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to join a highly capable team delivering some of Australia's most challenging and exciting projects.

As Project Manager, you'll be responsible for leading project delivery across all phases, coordinating builders, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and internal delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

You'll be the key point of contact for clients and stakeholders, managing contractual obligations, commercial negotiations, project budgets, variations, risks and overall project performance.

This role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys balancing technical project delivery with strong commercial and stakeholder management.

What You'll Bring

Essential
