Job summary

Crossmuller is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex data centre, infrastructure and building services projects in Australia. You will own the project from planning through handover, coordinating builders, engineers, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure safe, on-time delivery within budget and with high quality outcomes.

You will act as the key client contact, manage contractual obligations, commercial negotiations and project performance while driving

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large-scale construction, infrastructure or data centre projects.
• Strong understanding of project contracts, commercial negotiations and risk management.
• Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, cost control and reporting.
• Demonstrated success administering variations, claims and contractual requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including builders, engineers, subcontractors and clients.
• Strong leadership skills with experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams.
• Excellent planning, scheduling and project delivery capability.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience delivering electrical, controls, automation or building services projects.
• Understanding of mission-critical environments and data centre operations.
• Relevant Project Management, Engineering or Construction qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery across all phases from planning to handover.
• Coordinate builders, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Manage contractual obligations, commercial negotiations, budgets and variations.
• Act as primary client and stakeholder contact and manage performance.
• Balance technical delivery with commercial and stakeholder management.
