RUSSELL MINERAL EQUIPMENT (RME) invites applications for a Team Leader to join the Blast and Paint team on a permanent full-time basis. You will drive production performance, coordinate workshop activities and lead a high-performing crew to meet targets.

Reporting to the Business Manager, you will plan production schedules, optimise workflow, maintain quality and uphold safety and continuous improvement through Lean practices.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong planning and scheduling capabilities for production.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality and Lean principles.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor production schedules to meet targets.
• Coordinate workshop activities and resources to optimise throughput.
• Lead and develop the Blast and Paint team for high performance.
• Drive production performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain DIFOT performance and promote safety culture.
