Job summary

Impact Drill & Blast is hiring for full-time blast crew positions based in Marrakai, NT. You will join a safety-driven team delivering blasting services to quarry, construction, and forestry clients, with occasional overnight travel.

We value practical workers with a manual Open Class license, computer literacy, and strong teamwork. Residents of Marrakai/Darwin region who can travel for work are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Establish exclusion zones with appropriate signage.

• Perform any other duties as required by a supervisor/manager as required.

Impact Drill & Blastoffers integrated drill and blast services, offering full Rock on Ground capabilities covering every stage of the project from survey, blast design, markout, drilling and bulk explosives supply to firing of blasts. With over 30 years’ experience, we service clients who work in the civil, mining and quarrying sectors.

About the role

As we continue our rapid expansion within the industry, our Operational Team in theNorthern Territoryteam for full timeblast crewpositions. These roles are pivotal in delivering top-tier blasting services to our quarry, construction, and forestry clients. While these positions are primarily based inMarrakai NT, occasional overnight travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in physically demanding work.

The Successful Applicant Will Have:

• Australian Open Class manual driver's license.
• Proficiency in using computers and operating systems.
• Physical agility to undertake extended periods of walking, carrying, and bending.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Reside in Marrakai/Darwin and surrounds
• Ability to travel for work.
