Job summary

Endeavour Group's Brighton Beach Hotel is seeking a hands-on Bistro Supervisor who thrives in a pub setting and loves looking after guests with passion for food and drinks.

You will lead the bistro team daily, ensure health and safety, induction and training, promote loyalty programs, and work closely with the Venue Manager and Head Chef to grow the food offer, while upholding RSA compliance and a strong culture of responsibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in a pub/venue environment.
• Strong people and communication skills.
• Current RSA certificate.
• Willingness to perform manual handling tasks.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests and share product passion to create memorable moments.
• Lead the bistro daily in guest service, safety, and cleanliness.
• Ensure new staff are inducted and trained, with product knowledge.
• Promote ALH Loyalty Programs and benefits.
• Collaborate with Venue Manager and Head Chef to grow food offer.
• Support a responsible culture with RSA compliance.
