Job summary

Wests Entertainment Group in West Tamworth NSW is seeking a friendly Restaurant Attendant – Bistro All-Rounder to join our team. This hands-on role involves welcoming customers, taking orders, and providing great service across the bistro.

You will assist across all bistro areas, including beverage preparation, table service, cleaning, and basic food prep, ensuring smooth operation and high standards of hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and provide friendly service to customers.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee.
• Deliver meals and beverages to tables.
• Clear and reset tables and maintain dining area cleanliness.
• Assist with basic food preparation and kitchen duties.
• Operate the POS system and process transactions.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety.
• Restock beverages and supplies.
• Support other team members during busy periods.
• Follow health, safety and food hygiene procedures.
• Provide a positive and welcoming experience for every customer.
