Job summary

Wests Group Macarthur is seeking enthusiastic Waiter and Cafe Attendants to join our four venues in the Macarthur region. You will deliver warm, efficient service in our bistro and cafe spaces, take orders, serve food and beverages, and help keep the venues clean and welcoming.

Flexibility to work during busy periods including Thursdays to Sundays, late nights, weekends and holidays is essential. A valid RSA and RCG card, a driver’s license, and good communication are required to ensure an

• Flexible availability to work during trade periods as stated.
• Current driver's licence and own transport to travel to four venues.
• A current RSA and RCG competency card.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation.
• A friendly and approachable personality with a strong customer service focus.
• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Coffee making experience is advantageous.

As a Waiter and Cafe Attendant, you'll be responsible for delivering warm, efficient service in our bistro and Cafe spaces. Whether taking orders, serving food and beverages, or ensuring our venues are clean and welcoming, you'll play a key role in providing an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Availability Requirements

• Days, late nights, weekends, long weekends and public holidays.
• Core availability from Thursday to Sunday.
• Christmas and New Year period (we trade every day of the year!).
