Job summary

QIMR Berghofer is seeking a Project Coordinator to join the Growth and Partnerships team. You will provide integrated project management, coordination and delivery oversight for a government-funded project supporting the design and construction of the Viral Vector Manufacturing Suite.

The role involves developing project plans, coordinating across departments, managing risks and reporting progress, with a focus on governance and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in project management or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience coordinating complex, multidisciplinary projects across project life cycle.
• Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, risk management, budget monitoring and reporting.
• Experience coordinating internal teams, consultants, contractors and suppliers.
• Excellent communication, governance, documentation and stakeholder management.
