Job summary

Job Capital is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator – Execution Systems to support major capital projects in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. You will coordinate across automation and engineering teams, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.

The role emphasizes GMP compliance, project tracking, risk management, stakeholder engagement and delivering dashboards and reports to support continuous improvement and successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Engineering, Project Management or related degree.
• Experience coordinating engineering or automation projects.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Strong planning, budgeting and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of GMP, commissioning and qualification processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities across construction, commissioning, qualification and handover phases.
• Monitor project budgets, expenditure, forecasts and schedules.
• Manage project plans, risks, issues and key deliverables.
• Coordinate engineering teams, external vendors and project stakeholders.
• Prepare progress reports, dashboards and project documentation.
• Track testing, deployment and engineering deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety and regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will coordinate project activities across automation and engineering teams, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget and in accordance with regulatory and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Skills & Experience

• Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline.

• Knowledge of GMP, commissioning and qualification processes.
