If you have a strong background in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field, this is a rare opportunity to apply your expertise in a flexible, fully remote contract role that puts you at the frontier of AI development.

No prior AI experience needed — just a sharp scientific mind and the ability to think rigorously.

What You'll Do

• Design challenging, advanced biology questions to rigorously test AI performance
• Develop clear, step-by-step solutions that demonstrate strong scientific reasoning
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, logical consistency, and quality
• Collaborate with researchers to refine evaluation benchmarks across undergraduate to Masters-level biology topics
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Pursuing or holding a Master's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field
• Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills across advanced biology domains
• Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and concisely in writing
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and rigorous thinking
• No prior AI or data annotation experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation workflows
• Familiarity with AI language models or scientific benchmarking
• Background spanning multiple biology disciplines (e.g., molecular biology, genetics, physiology)
