Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ecological consultancy or similar role.
• BioBanking Accreditation is required.
• Demonstrated botanical identification skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with stakeholder engagement experience.
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ecological field investigations and prepare reports and impact assessments.
• Provide ecological management advice and oversee compliance with ecological legislation.
• Supervise team members and leverage networks for business development and marketing.
• Manage projects to meet schedule, budget, and quality targets; bid for and win work.
