Job summary

Greenbank Services Club in Queensland is seeking motivated, committed and energetic team members to join our Bingo team. With a busy gaming floor, our crew delivers friendly, professional service and a memorable guest experience across the venue.

You will handle cash and gaming transactions, take orders, assist guests, promote club events and keep work areas clean. Successful applicants will have at least 2 years in a similar role, RSA and RSG/Gaming compliance, and Australian working rights.

Qualifications

• Experience: minimum 2 years in a similar role.
• RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate (can acquire after employment).
• Responsible Service of Gaming (can acquire after employment).
• Comply with vaccine requirements as directed by Queensland Health.
• Working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer-focused advice to members and guests about machines and loyalty systems.
• Take food/drink orders and communicate effectively.
• Handle cash and gaming transactions securely and protect member privacy.
• Provide beverage service and maintain high standards of customer care.
• Promote Club events and relay information to patrons.
• Keep work area clean and tidily maintained.

About the Role …

As a part of our Bingo team, with 300 gaming machines, cashier, Keno and a gaming bar, you will help to create an experience to remember with everything anyone could want.

Our team consists offriendly and welcoming personalities with outstanding attention to detail and the ability to deliver genuine and exceptional customer service consistently and professionally.

In this role, you will also be required to undertake the following duties:

• Providing prompt, friendly customer focused advice and assistance to members and guest in relation to machine or loyalty systems
• Communicate effectively and take food/drink orders
• Handle all cash and gaming transactions in an efficiently manner and ensuring the security of cash and privacy of members information.
• Providing prompt, friendly, customer focused beverage service to members and guests
• Delivery of efficient customer service to members and guests
• Promotion of Club events and efficient delivery of information to all patrons
• Cleaning and maintaining clean and tidy work area

To be successful in this role you would need to possess the following:

• Experience or knowledge of Bingo
• Knowledge of RSG legislative requirements
• Proven ability to deal with a diverse demographic
• Ability to improve communications and form strong customer relations
• Effective time management and organisational skills
• Immaculate personal presentation and service

Requirements and Qualifications:
