Job summary

Sirius People is seeking an experienced BIM Modeller to join a growing design team working on complex electrical and infrastructure projects across Sydney or Melbourne. You will develop accurate 3D models and detailed 2D documentation, collaborating with engineers, project managers, workshop teams and external partners to bring designs from concept through to fabrication and delivery.

The role requires 4+ years of hands-on BIM modelling experience, strong expertise in Revit and AutoCAD,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on BIM modelling experience.
• Strong expertise in Revit and Revit Families, AutoCAD and BIM 360.
• Dynamo or Python experience is highly regarded.
• Australian working rights: Essential for eligibility to obtain NV1 security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-precision 3D BIM models and 2D documentation using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Identify and resolve coordination clashes with engineers, subcontractors and site teams.
• Maintain Revit families, templates and modelling standards across projects.
• Participate in client BIM coordination meetings and incorporate feedback into designs.
• Improve modelling workflows through process enhancements and automation using Dynamo or Python.
