Job summary

Multicultural Consulting Services Pty is seeking a Lead BIM Coordinator to drive BIM standards and digital coordination across a major station and integrated development in Parramatta. You will guide the digital engineering team and ensure alignment of design, procurement and construction information throughout delivery.

The role requires extensive BIM management experience on complex projects, strong BIM method knowledge and the ability to mentor junior coordinators while coordinating

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Building Services or related discipline.
• Extensive BIM management experience on major construction or engineering projects with complex multidisciplinary interfaces.
• Strong knowledge of BIM methods, information management and design‑construction coordination.
• Demonstrated architectural, structural, civil and MEP model coordination.
• Experience developing and implementing BIM execution plans and project standards.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain BIM execution plans, project standards and digital requirements.
• Lead multidisciplinary model coordination, clash resolution and design‑constructability interfaces.
• Manage model reviews, information exchanges and contractual information compliance.
• Coordinate consultants, designers, suppliers and contractors around consistent BIM requirements.
• Integrate digital models with planning, procurement, fabrication, installation and commissioning.
• Manage common data environments, audits, quality assurance and information validation.
• Develop workflows and automation improvements and mentor BIM coordinators.

The opportunity

Lead BIM standards, processes and technical coordination on a major station and integrated development in Parramatta. You will guide the digital engineering team and align design, supply‑chain and construction information throughout delivery.
