Job summary

ADP Consulting in Brisbane seeks a seasoned BIM Lead to drive structural BIM across complex projects and shape Brisbane’s BIM standard. You will manage federated models, coordinate disciplines and ensure ISO 19650 compliance.

You’ll own practice standards, templates and workflows, mentor BIM Designers and collaborate with engineers, architects and clients, in a growing multidisciplinary environment aligned with ADP’s global network.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of structural BIM experience in consulting or design.
• Proficient in Revit for structural modelling.
• Experience managing federated models and BIM 360 or a similar CDE.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards in practice.
• Experience with Navisworks/Revizto and coordination tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural BIM delivery on complex projects across sectors.
• Own the Brisbane office's structural BIM standards, templates and workflows.
• Coordinate across disciplines and lead clash detection processes.
• Mentor BIM Designers and collaborate with engineers, architects and clients.
