Job summary

Bates Smart Architects in Brisbane is seeking a detail-oriented BIM Technician to join our studio. You will support BIM standards, workflows and training across the practice and assist project teams in Revit model management, modelling and documentation for mid to large-scale projects.

Candidates should have 3+ years in a BIM or drafting role within an architectural environment, with a passion for Design Technology and process improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a BIM or drafting role within an architectural environment.
• Experience developing BIM standards, workflows and training across practices.
• Assist project teams in Revit modelling, model management and documentation.

The role will support the National Design Technology Manager in developing and implementing BIM standards, workflows, and training across the practice, as part of a national cross-studio BIM team. The candidate will also assist project teams in Revit model management, modelling, and documentation for mid to large-scale projects. We welcome candidates with 3+ years of experience in a BIM or drafting role within an architectural environment.
