Job summary

Cundall is seeking a BIM Manager to lead delivery across Australia, with hands-on work producing and coordinating Revit models. You’ll plan BIM resources, set up Execution Plans, and align outputs with client needs while maintaining high technical quality.

This role blends practical project delivery with leadership and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with engineers and project managers, driving standards and workflows, and growing digital capabilities across the APAC BIM team.

Qualifications

Hands-on Revit experience producing and coordinating building models.
Knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM Execution Plans.
Experience coordinating multiple projects with distributed teams.
Commercial judgement on fees and programme pressures and BIM value.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Lead BIM delivery across Australia, staying hands-on.
Plan and coordinate BIM resources across offices and APAC team.
Set up project BIM requirements and Execution Plans under ISO 19650.
Work with engineers and PMs to resolve delivery issues and keep projects moving.
Maintain and improve standards, templates and families for consistent output.
Grow digital engineering capability, including automation, scripting and AI.
