Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking a BIM Coordinator to drive high-quality Building Services delivery across a diverse portfolio. You’ll own BIM delivery, standards, and coordination from concept to construction, mentoring colleagues and shaping digital engineering capabilities.

You’ll work within a collaborative team on complex, high-profile projects, leveraging Revit and Navisworks to maintain federated models and resolve design clashes, while promoting best practices and career growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator within Building Services consultancy.
• Strong proficiency in Revit (essential) and Navisworks (or similar tools).
• Solid understanding of BIM processes, standards, and delivery across lifecycles.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary models on complex projects.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM coordination across Building Services projects (Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, Fire).
• Manage and develop Revit models and federated models across disciplines.
• Drive BIM standards, workflows, and best practice across the team.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve design clashes.
• Support project teams during design development and documentation phases.
• Mentor and guide junior/moderate BIM technicians and coordinators.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of digital engineering capabilities.

About the role

We’re looking for a BIM Coordinator to play a key role in delivering high-quality Building Services projects across a diverse portfolio. Sitting within a collaborative and well‑established design team, you’ll take ownership of BIM delivery, standards, and coordination across multidisciplinary projects – from concept through to construction.

This is a great opportunity to step into a senior‑level role where you can influence how BIM is done, mentor others, and work on some genuinely interesting and complex projects.
