Job summary

• Billing experience or related role in a technology/telecom environment.
• Strong data analysis and invoice auditing capabilities.
• Excellent Excel and Office skills with Power BI experience.
• Ability to explain complex billing matters clearly to customers.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex customer billing enquiries and disputes with a high standard of service.
• Investigate billing issues end-to-end by analysing invoices, contracts and pricing.
• Communicate outcomes clearly to customers and internal stakeholders.
