Job summary

Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD) is seeking an experienced Billing and Receipting Lead to oversee the day-to-day delivery of billing, receipting and accounts receivable services across our network of 83 schools. You will lead a dedicated team, ensure accurate financial processing and strong customer service.

Reporting to the Services Manager, you will drive continuous improvement of systems and processes, coach staff and manage stakeholder relationships in a high-volume, mission-driven

Qualifications

• Experience leading a billing, receipting or accounts receivable team.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume billing processes and customer enquiries.
• Strong understanding of financial controls and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Billing and Receipting team to deliver accurate, timely services.
• Oversee school fee statements, receipt allocations and end-of-month processing.
• Manage accounts receivable and family debtor data; coordinate refunds and adjustments.
• Ensure accurate reconciliations across financial systems and the general ledger.
• Support annual fee-setting and budgeting processes; respond to complex enquiries.
