Job summary

C Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese invites applications for a Business Manager (Level C) at Nagle College, Blacktown South. This permanent full-time role oversees finance, school fee management, procurement, contracts and facilities, reporting to the college leadership.

The successful candidate will support daily operations, implement financial procedures and ensure compliance across CSPD policies while fostering the Catholic identity of the college.

Qualifications

• Bring relevant experience in finance, business operations or school administration.
• Demonstrate strong financial management, budgeting and analytical capability.
• Have experience supporting procurement, contracts and operational processes.
• Possess strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hold a relevant tertiary qualification in finance, accounting or business, ideally, although this is not mandatory.
• Be willing to undergo and satisfactorily complete financial background and reference checks.
• Hold a valid Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level operational finance support to school staff.
• Support the development, implementation and review of financial procedures and processes.
• Provide guidance on school fee billing, collection and financial assistance processes.
• Analyse financial results and budgets, providing advice to support effective financial management.
• Support procurement processes and contract matters in collaboration with CSPD support teams.
• Work collaboratively on facilities planning, minor works and major capital projects.
• Support compliance with CSPD policies, procedures and financial requirements.
• Build effective working relationships with College staff, families, suppliers and CSPD stakeholders.
• Contribute positively to the Catholic identity, mission and culture of the College.
