Job summary

Randstad Pty is seeking a Trainee Repair Technician & Customer Support in Keysborough, VIC. You will receive comprehensive, hands-on training to handle customer inquiries and perform device testing and repairs, with a focus on providing updates in Mandarin and English.

Great hourly rate of $34.96 per hour plus super on a casual ongoing schedule. On-the-job training and a supportive environment aim to develop your technical and diagnostics skills from day one.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers in Mandarin and English.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in testing and logs.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers in Mandarin and English to provide updates on warranty and non-warranty repairs.
• Explain assessment results and repair options clearly and professionally.
• Conduct functionality and safety testing on devices.
• Learn to perform repairs and certify devices are fully functional before return.
• Maintain clean, accurate repair logs and documentation.
