Job summary

Randstad Pty is seeking a Trainee Repair Technician & Customer Support in Keysborough, VIC. You will receive comprehensive, hands-on training to handle customer inquiries and perform device testing and repairs, with a focus on providing updates in Mandarin and English.

Great hourly rate of $34.96 per hour plus super on a casual ongoing schedule. On-the-job training and a supportive environment aim to develop your technical and diagnostics skills from day one.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin is required.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in testing and logs.

Responsibilities

About the Role:

Previous repair experience is NOT required—what matters most is a great attitude, sharp attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. You will receive comprehensive, hands‑on training to handle customer service inquiries and perform device testing and repairs.
