Job summary

Adecco Australia Group is assisting a well-established Japanese technology solutions provider to recruit an experienced Pre-Sales Engineer in Sydney. You will bridge business needs and technical solutions, drafting architectures, proposals, and cost estimates with sales and delivery teams.

Requirements: 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role; strong IT infrastructure and networking knowledge (CCNA level or above); fluent English and Japanese.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Strong IT infrastructure and networking knowledge (CCNA level or above).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese.
• Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship and full working rights.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to design architectures addressing customer requirements.
• Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and statements of work.
• Act as a trusted technical adviser during customer discussions and workshops.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure solutions are technically and commercially sound.
