Job summary

Wiseway Logistics is seeking a Customer Services Officer to join our Imports team in Sydney on a full-time basis. You will manage import documentation and coordinate with clients to ensure on-time freight transport, with a focus on the expanding e-Commerce sector.

The role requires at least 1 year in imports coordination, strong data entry and customer service skills, and Mandarin language ability. Familiarity with Cargowise is preferred, and you will work closely with internal staff to maintain

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years' experience as Imports coordinator or operator.
• Cargowise knowledge (Preferred).
• Logistics or freight forwarding knowledge & experience (Advantageous).
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and sustain client relations.
• Strong attention to detail and good time management.
• Accurate and fast data entry skills.
• Good organisational skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in computer usage.
• Ability to converse and write in Chinese / Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Managing, compiling, and processing all import documentation, including assisting with customs and quarantine paperwork.
• Communicating with transnational clients to organise efficient and on-time freight transportation.
• Managing client enquiries and handling customer feedback/complaints in a timely manner
• Co-coordinating with clients and internal staff
• Complete all required documentation in a timely manner and in accordance with Company policy and compliance obligations
• Follow procedures and communicate effectively with internal and external team.
• Ad-hoc tasks as required by management.
