Trek Store Redmond is seeking a Service Technician/Advisor to care for bikes and ensure customers love riding them. You’ll troubleshoot repairs and service bikes on the spot, install accessories, and get hands-on with new models before they reach the floor.

We value hospitality, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem solving as you become the face of the service department, especially when the Service Manager isn’t available.

Qualifikationen

• Stellar customer service and hospitality skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn servicing methods and new bike technologies.
• Ability to be the face of the department when the Service Manager is unavailable.

• Troubleshoot repairs and service a variety of bikes on-site.
