Job summary

Cricket Australia is seeking a Consumer Growth Specialist to join the Big Bash Leagues team, with opportunities across Sydney, Melbourne and other locations. You will drive attendance, ticket sales and memberships through targeted campaigns and partnerships with clubs to deliver commercial growth.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Consumer and Commercial Growth, you will translate fan insights into action, strengthen participant-to-fan connections and help clubs achieve attendance and revenue

Qualifications

• Experience in sports membership or attendance growth.
• Ability to drive fan acquisition and engagement.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth across attendance, ticket sales and memberships by partnering with clubs.
• Lead participant-to-fan strategy across junior, senior and community cricket.
• Support development and execution of crowd-building and ticket sales initiatives for clubs.
• Lead group ticket sales strategy leveraging schools, clubs and community audiences.
